The free-spirited father, deep thinker, surfer, and urban philosopher and creator of
ThE AnT-TiDoTE
Born into a secluded, rigid religious community in Rancho Dominguez, Antonio "Ant" Thornton was raised under his father’s iron-fisted, fire-and-brimstone preaching. Though sheltered, Ant’s empathetic spirit recoiled at the disconnect between strict dogma and the systemic struggles of his neighbors.
Respecting his roots but questioning their exclusion, he chose a different path. Seeking to offer more than just judgment, Ant envisioned "healing thoughts from the hood"—a message of self-love and resilience. Today, he uses his own voice as an "Ant-Tidote," bringing peace and encouragement to the very streets his upbringing once ignored.
